On December 8-10, 2010 the VII International Specialized Trade Fair “Russian Housing and Communal Services” and International Specialized Conference “Modernization of Russian Communal and Housing Industry” will take place in “Lenexpo” exhibition and congress center.
The events will take place in the framework of the international project “Power efficiency – State and social innovative policy. Social responsibility to future generations”.

The event is aimed at organization of productive business meetings between State authorities, housing and communal system and related enterprises, investors, businessmen, field associations and unions. Such meetings will contribute to the discussion of urgent problems and making collective decisions regarding the improvements in the housing and communal industry.

The conference “Modernization of Russian Housing and Communal Services” will be the core component of the scheduled business program, focused on several important issues: State programs for the modernization of housing and communal industry, “House Manager” Federal project , launched in St. Petersburg, favorable conditions for the development of power-supply complex and engineering services and etc. The list of visitors will include over 200 specialists- 15 delegations from different Russian Federal Subjects, executive authorities, communal management companies.
